2600 Eaton Rapids Rd, Lansing MI

Gentle, hands-on chiropractic on Eaton Rapids Road since 2005.

Dr. Jack Treloar and Dr. Erik Walley work by appointment, out of the same office they have used for twenty years. Back, neck, disc, sports, workplace and auto injuries.

Changing the way people think about chiropractic

Three things this office says about itself, and means.

Delhi Chiropractic is open by appointment. Nobody is put on a schedule they did not ask for, and the treatment stays inside what the patient will take.

  1. Technique

Chosen for you, not applied to you.

Diversified means the technique changes with the body in front of it. The same practice treats the largest people and the toughest cases and the most fragile patients, and it does not use one protocol to do both.

  2. Tolerance

As gentle as possible, and inside what you will take.

Their own words, and the reason an adjusting instrument exists in the room at all. If hands are the wrong call for you or for the area, they are not the tool that gets used.

  3. No packages

You will not be sold a course of treatment.

The practice states it plainly: you will not be pressured to buy treatment packages or pressured to come back constantly. Appointments are made one at a time, by phone.

In the room

One table, and four different ways to use it.

What happens at your appointment depends on what you walked in with. Hands, a decompression table, an adjusting instrument, or soft tissue work with something to do at home afterwards.

And the fourth

Soft tissue and muscle work.

Worked in alongside the adjustment, with exercises and stretches to do in the office and at home. That homework is what keeps the benefit going between visits, which is the point of not putting you on a standing appointment.

Read how it fits in

Soft tissue work is not a separate appointment and it is not an upsell. It is part of the same visit, and the stretches you leave with are the part that does the work between visits.

If what you have is not on the list below, call and ask. It is a short conversation and it costs nothing to find out whether this is the right office for it.

Before you call

The questions that come up first.

No. In their own words: treatment here is always as gentle as possible and within your tolerance and preferences, and you will not be pressured to buy treatment packages or pressured to come back constantly.

It is gas releasing from a joint as the pressure inside it changes, the same thing that happens when you crack your knuckles. It may happen and it may not, and the result of the adjustment is the same either way.

It means more than one technique is used, because no two bodies or presentations are the same. That can be a hands-on high-velocity, low-amplitude adjustment, flexion-distraction for spinal and nerve decompression, an adjusting instrument, or soft tissue and muscle work, chosen for the person on the table that day.

No. The same range of techniques is used for the largest people and the toughest cases and for the youngest, oldest and most fragile patients. Where hands are not the right call, an adjusting instrument is used instead for sensitive patients and sensitive areas.

Back pain, neck pain, extremity pain, numbness, disc injuries, sports injuries, workplace injuries and auto injuries.

Mornings and afternoons on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, afternoons on Tuesday and Thursday, with a midday break every day the office opens in the morning. Delhi Chiropractic is open by appointment. Call (517) 699-0909.
